Principal Business Information Security & Solutions Architect is a customer-facing, senior-level role blending strategic expertise with technical proficiency.
Focuses on architecting secure, scalable customer workflow solutions on the ServiceNow NOW Platform for financial services clients.
Requires deep knowledge of regulatory matters (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOX, and FINRA), hands-on experience with platform architecture, and ability to engage C-level executives.
As a trusted advisor, lead complex pre-sales engagements, design innovative solutions, and ensure compliance with industry standards, driving confidence in platform's value.
- Strategic Solution Architecture: Design secure, scalable customer workflow solutions tailored to financial services clients. Develop technical roadmaps aligning with client strategies.
- Regulatory & Audit Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on financial services regulations, advising clients on compliance strategies.
- C-Level Engagement & Thought Leadership: Build and maintain senior executive relationships, articulating the business value of solutions.
- Pre-Sales Technical Leadership: Lead complex pre-sales engagements, collaborating with Solution Specialists and cross-functional teams.
- Platform & Data Expertise: Advise on workflow design using ServiceNow's AI-powered tools, automate processes, and enhance productivity.
- Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business analysts.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow CSA, CISSP, CISM) highly desirable.
Experience: 15+ years in enterprise architecture, solution consulting, or information security, with 5+ years in financial services. Proven track record in pre-sales, customer-facing roles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages, data tools, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
