Full-Time Principal Consultant

Principal Consultant role at Unit 42 is a senior-level consulting position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of consultants.
• Develop and deliver threat-led, technology-driven cybersecurity consulting services.
• Work with sales and domain leaders.
• Collaborate with Regional Business Development Manager (BDM) and Customer Success Manager (CSM) to win new business and manage client relationships.
• Oversee proactive consulting service delivery ensuring quality and customer service.
• Provide Security Operations Center (SOC) assessment and transformation services to clients.
• Lead scoping and services overview conversations with clients.
• Partner with Unit 42 executive team to develop and execute strategy.
• Drive innovation in proactive offerings.
• Manage team productivity and utilization targets.
• Recruit and onboard top talent.
• Support consultant growth and development.
• Foster a positive team culture.
• Identify and execute service development and product adoption strategies.
• Maintain client relationships and provide on-demand expertise.
• Enhance Unit 42's marketplace presence through thought leadership.

Experience Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands-on cybersecurity consulting experience.
• 4+ years experience in at least 4 of 8 areas: Security Operations, Application Security, Cloud Security, Red & Purple Teaming, Cybersecurity Risk Assessments, Cybersecurity Strategy & Transformations, Cyber Crisis Management, Zero Trust.
• Experience leading teams (principal, senior, mid-level).
• Strong presentation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong client services mindset and exceptional client management skills.
• Public speaking and writing experience (technical reports, business communication, thought leadership).
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/military experience.
• Relevant professional certifications (CISSP, CISM).
• Expert knowledge of applicable laws, compliance regulations, and industry standards.
• Experience in LATAM countries and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
