Job Details
- Support pre-sales and client engagement activities.
- Design and architect end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business goals.
- Define system architecture, technology stack, and integration strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and QA engineers.
- Lead technical reviews, code quality assessments, and performance optimization efforts.
- Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of solutions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
- Mentor and guide development teams on best practices and architectural standards.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in an architectural role.
- Strong expertise in one or more of the following: - Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Microservices architecture - API design and integration - Enterprise application development (.NET, Java, Node.js, etc.)
- Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline automation, and containerization/orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Database design and management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Exposure to healthcare IT systems (e.g., HIS, EMR/EHR).
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).
- Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, etc.). - AI Literacy Conceptual understanding of AI/ML and how they apply to enterprise systems.
