Your CareerAs a Senior Principal Product Intelligence - Testing in Cortex-Cloud Platform, you play a key role in providing detailed technical information to our internal employees.
You will work with innovative technology, redefining the future of cybersecurity.In this role, you’ll help our product teams build the product and align it with market demand and also develop and deliver technical training for systems engineers. You are a self-starter, excited to learn and experiment with new technologies. You work well independently and excel at identifying the potential sales needs of our clients and shaping the direction of the company’s products as a result. You aren't afraid of ambiguity - instead, you like the challenge of defining new products as they come to market.
Your Impact
- Collaborate with sales, product management, research, and additional teams to promote and bring innovation to the security space via the Cortex-Cloud Platform
- Conduct internal tests, document results and lead discussions with stakeholders
- Coordinate and lead ambitious projects in a multi-functional capacity with other teams
- Build, update, upgrade, maintain and document highly technical lab testing environments
- Write and create high-quality and highly technical collateral, presentations and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders and make sure deadlines are met
- Attend trade shows to educate employees and partners on core product differences and advantages
- Work closely with the Product Management organization and provide product feedback for future development
- Be a Subject Matter expert on the Cortex Platform and support the field bringing new technical relevant competitive content
Deep understanding of CNAPP, WAAS, CWP, CDR, CIEM, DSPM technologies and vendors.
Your Experience
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in at least 2 of the following cloud environments: AWS, GCP, Azure
- Hands-on experience in OS (Windows, Linux, MacOS)
- Deep level knowledge in Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with Exploits / Malware analysis and offensive tools
- At least 2 years Hands on experience running and maintaining lab infrastructure and tests
- Experience on Documenting testing/outcomes
- Building and improving testing frameworks
- Hands-on experience with tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, container security scanners, and security automation platforms.
- 3 years of technical Hands on Experience on at least 5 of the following categories: CSPM, CDR, CWP, CIEM, WAAS, AI-SPM Management, DSPM, SAST / DAST
- Understanding of Code to Cloud workflow
- Experience Building gap analysis among solutions
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills with strong presentation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- Ability to reinvent yourself, learn and keep up with new technologies
- Competitive intelligence experience is a plus
- Proven experience in competitive testing, red teaming, or technical security analysis—preferably in the cloud security domain.
- Familiarity with threat simulation, detection testing (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK), and lab-based evaluation methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to distill complex technical findings into digestible, actionable insights.
- Passion for cybersecurity and curiosity about how things work (and break).
