• Strategic Operations & Practice Management
• Serve as a key advisor to the VP.
• Drive the rhythm of the business for the EMEA leadership team.
• Analyze practice performance dashboards to identify operational bottlenecks and drive efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional special projects on behalf of the VP.
• Program Leadership & Client Transformation
• Lead large and complex security transformation and cyber uplift programs for clients.
• Elevate program management to a portfolio level.
• Serve as the program management expert.
• Manage projects effectively by defining goals.
• Drive outcomes by leading GCO programs and supporting DFIR/Proactive engagements.
• Proactively manage risk and scope.
• Rally the team to quick and effective outcomes.
• Partner with Engagement Leads to ensure projects adhere to budget/time frame guidelines.
• Strategic Consulting & Stakeholder Management
• Operate at technical, CxO, and board levels.
• Prepare high-stakes presentations and briefing documents.
• Possess the necessary consulting, program, and change management skills.
• Effectively articulate market themes driving client transformation.
• Develop strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Guide technical team members.
• Understand threat-led, data-driven consulting.

• 10+ years of professional experience with client delivery and internal business operations.
• Specialization in transformative IT, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, Incident Response, or Management Consulting Operations.
• Experience supporting senior executives in a Portfolio Management, Strategy, or Practice Operations capacity.
• Strong business acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or a related field.
• Ability to lead multiple large-scale projects.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
