Full-Time Product Analyst

Street Diligence is a high-growth FinTech startup. We analyze and negotiate advantageous terms in financial contracts. We break down key terms, identify market and off-market terms and flag risks in contract terms. Our platform provides unique visuals, benchmarking and comparison to place negotiations and contracts in context.

The Role: We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our Operations team. You'll dive into documents, test new ideas, and help streamline and scale smarter. It's part data, part strategy, and a whole lot of curiosity.

You'll work with the Director of Operations to improve document analysis and launch new document types. You need to be organized, analytical and turn chaos into clarity.

What You'll Do:

• Learn about financial contracts, including complex parts.
• Ensure accuracy and client readiness for each document.
• Streamline workflows to make internal systems faster.
• Contribute to new product ideas and expand document types.
• Support testing new algorithms and QA processes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Genuine interest in financial markets (especially private credit).
• Love for details and ability to catch errors.
• Startup spirit: Proactive, self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bonus: Degree in Business, Finance, Econ, or similar.
• Bonus: Experience with legal documents or data tools.

Compensation: $15/hr - $25/hr. Based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
