Full-Time Product Analyst II

Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Analyst II to join our team to work for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.

This role is responsible for obtaining and evaluating data that supports customer retention initiatives. Analyzes information using data and supports retention leader in creating monthly retention report outs. Our Client is one of the United States’ largest insurers.

Location: Mexico

Requirements:

• Fluent English skills
• Minimum work experience: 3 to 6 years.
• Bachelor's degree (Analytics)
• Experience in Customer Retention processes
• Experience in Insurance Companies (preferred)

Product Development and Innovation: Continuous improvement and development for new and existing products, technology, or services from concept to production. Considers the user experience and processes and advocates for the user at every stage.

Product Strategy and Roadmapping: Coordinates inputs from customers, developers, market and competitive information. Develops profitable strategies.

Market Research: Conducts research into market and industry trends, target user base and competing products. Identifies opportunities and anticipates threats.

Product and Industry Knowledge: Demonstrates knowledge of property and casualty insurance, including product composition, coverages, rating methodology, and underwriting philosophy.

Project Management: Follows an agile development process to conceive, plan, develop, iterate, launch, and evaluate new products, pricing and/or contract changes. Provides direction and removes obstacles.
