Full-Time Product Analyst - Remote

Experian is seeking a Product Analyst to support the Mortgage Solutions division. This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand mortgage industry product needs through interactions with internal teams, clients, and partners.
• Support product development from concept to launch, including requirement gathering, feature definition, and testing.
• Develop product documentation (roadmaps, user guides, training materials).
• Communicate product features and updates to end-users through presentations.
• Enhance existing products and develop new products/services.
• Evaluate market trends and competitor products to identify innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate with a team of consultants, statisticians, analysts, and project managers.
• Manage project queue and streamline workflows.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Economics, etc.) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in capital markets or mortgage servicing.
• Experience in product development, requirement gathering, and feature definition.
• Proficiency in market analysis and competitive analysis.
• Knowledge of data querying languages (e.g., SQL) and data analysis tools.
• Experience in a cloud-based development environment and using product management tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
