Full-Time Product Data Analyst

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with the product team to investigate and implement new features, bugs, and performance issues, utilizing internal and external data sources.
• Design, define, and build dashboards supporting day-to-day activities through BI systems (Redash, Metabase, Superset).
• Monitor and analyze the performance of releases, ongoing products, and user engagement.
• Generate actionable recommendations to enrich the product roadmap and support decision-making based on data.
• Enhance and align departmental BI practices, including the design of product reporting.
• Evaluate new features and analyze A/B test results.
• Transform raw data into a usable format, calculate metrics based on business requests, and work on various analytics tasks related to marketing, billing, and finance.
• Perform periodic deep-dive product and exploratory analysis, communicating results to stakeholders.

Technologies being used and required:

• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• DBT, Git, Apache Airflow - familiarity with ETL/ELT tools is preferred
• BI tools (Redash, Metabase, Superset) - Any BI tool is required
• Experience analyzing marketing/business data (transactions and subscriptions)
• Amplitude, Firebase as a plus

It's a perfect match if you have:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Data / Product Analysis for a tech company.
• Experience translating analysis results into business recommendations and conversely.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze information with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with data infrastructures and flows.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages.
• Experience with defining, characterizing, and testing product data and events tracking.
• Experience with Users segmentations.
• Experience with transactions/payments and analysis of declines, refunds.
• Experience with subscriptions and LTV models related with.
• Experience with Product researches / users behavior analysis
