Full-Time Product Data Scientist

We are seeking a Product Data Scientist to join our Experian Consumer Services (ECS) Marketplace team.

As an Analytics Analyst, you will work directly with lender partners, handling model assembly, deployment, validation, and optimization within the ECS platform.

You'll serve as a critical link between our lender partners and the product team, ensuring partner support and gathering product feedback for business teams.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Python and SQL.
• Proficiency with R or similar data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in statistical analysis and modeling, particularly in consumer credit underwriting.
• Experience managing relationships with credit bureaus and third-party data providers.
• Experience with Credit Card, Personal Loan, Auto Loan, and Mortgage credit products is preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work with internal/external data science teams to build and integrate models.
• Develop strong relationships with partner financial institution personnel.
• Understand ECS Marketplace and client platform capabilities to guide partners.
• Collaborate with product leaders to support onboarding and provide feedback for improvements.
• Optimize the partner model building, validation, and deployment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience in statistical analysis and modeling, with a focus on consumer credit.
