Contractor Product Development Specialist

We’re an innovative and fast-growing beauty brand focused on creating high-quality skincare products. We’re looking for a Temporary Product Development Specialist who is passionate about skincare and experienced in end-to-end product creation.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the end-to-end product development process for new skincare launches.
• Leverage your existing relationships with manufacturers and labs to drive product development timelines forward.
• Own all aspects of project management — ensuring deadlines, budgets, and product specs are met.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, regulatory, and design teams.
• Stay on top of skincare trends, ingredient innovations, and consumer insights.
• Ensure all products meet regulatory and quality standards across markets.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product development within the skincare or beauty industry.
• Proven track record of bringing successful skincare products to market.
• Strong relationships with domestic and international manufacturers, labs, and suppliers.
• Deep knowledge of skincare formulation, ingredients, packaging, testing, and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passionate about beauty, wellness, and clean skincare innovation.
