Full-Time Product Insights Analyst II

The Product Insights team's mission is to deliver a strategic vision for Included Health to impact the Quintuple Aim of healthcare. We use data to drive critical business decisions.

Role Responsibilities:

• Drive insight generation for complex projects, independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve member engagement and drive positive health outcomes.
• Understand how products are used and identify opportunities to serve members' needs.
• Develop novel approaches for measuring product and business performance.
• Create dashboards for tracking product and business performance using Looker or Tableau (preferred).
• Connect operational performance to health outcomes.
• Scale impact to reach more people in need.

Project Examples:

• Identify opportunities to increase clinical engagement for high-need individuals.
• Develop clinical quality models for matching members to providers.
• Analyze administrative and clinical documents using NLP to understand member needs and service effectiveness.
• Assess cost reduction opportunities.
• Measure impact on population health outcomes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of work experience in highly quantitative roles or equivalent advanced degree.
• Communicate complex quantitative patterns effectively to support business decisions.
• Independently drive results on complex, ambiguous projects.
• Navigate and join multiple complex data sets using relational databases (e.g., SQL, Pandas, R).
• Strong written and oral presentation skills.
• Experience with collaborative cross-functional projects.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary ($77,390 - $130,793 + equity + benefits) based on zone and experience.
