Full-Time Product Integration Lead, Incident Recovery Operations

• Offer expert support with deployment, implementation, and troubleshooting of IT and security solutions.
• Guide customers in implementing standards and best practices to address security gaps.
• Partner with account teams to understand investments in PANW offerings.
• Maintain a professional presence with diverse customer contacts.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues with client contacts.
• Provide after-hours and weekend on-call coverage as needed.
• Travel to customer locations in North America up to 50% of the time.

• Deep understanding of network and endpoint security technologies (e.g., NGFW, SASE, SSE, zero trust, identity management, endpoint protection, DLP).
• Expertise in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting PANW solutions (e.g., NGFW, Prisma Access, Cortex XDR/XSIAM).
• Experience in Active Directory, IP networking, and large-scale network infrastructure.
• Minimum of ten years in IT, systems administration, or network administration, with three years managing security solutions.
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
