Contractor Product Manager

About the Role: We seek an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of one of our diverse products (Newsletter, InMarkets, Bonus Hunter, Learn, or TopPicks). This role drives innovation in the fast-evolving crypto space. You will lead a cross-functional team and work closely with stakeholders.

Tasks:

• Lead the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
• Partner with the Head of Product and CTO, providing progress updates and aligning strategies.
• Manage a cross-functional team (architect, developers, designer, marketers, analysts, SEO).
• Run product management ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Translate product vision into actionable deliverables.
• Ensure an intuitive user interface and impactful data visualizations.
• Define and track success metrics (user engagement, retention, revenue).

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of product management experience.
• Prior experience in start-ups or building new products is a plus.
• Crypto/web3/blockchain experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Jira and product analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication skills (English).
• Strategic thinker with a growth-oriented approach.
