Full-Time Product Manager - Cybersecurity

Mark43 is seeking a Cybersecurity Product Manager to join our Security & Compliance Team, reporting directly to our CISO & CIO.

Role Summary: This greenfield role involves launching a new product line focused on assisting customers with complex security and compliance needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting in-depth customer interviews to identify key security and compliance challenges.
• Collaborating with engineering and design to prioritize requirements for a new compliance management feature.
• Creating detailed product requirements and user stories for MVP release.
• Reviewing regulatory frameworks (CJIS, NIST, FedRAMP) to align roadmap with customer needs.
• Working with the CISO and cross-functional teams to refine go-to-market strategy.
• Participating in roadmap planning sessions with leadership to define long-term product vision.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience building and launching software products, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of writing product requirements, conducting customer interviews, and collaborating effectively with engineering and design teams.
• Experience with security and compliance technologies or frameworks is a plus.
