Sparteo - Suite of Solutions for Web Publishers
Since 2016, Sparteo has been revolutionizing advertising technology. Our AI-powered solutions boost media value on websites.
Your Job
The Product Manager - Analytics will lead the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of Sparteo's analytics solutions tailored for publishers. This role focuses on creating products that enhance decision-making and business performance for clients without direct revenue generation.
To specify
- Product Strategy Development Define and maintain the vision for analytics products to ensure alignment with client and business goals. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and client needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a roadmap prioritizing impactful features.
- Client-Centric Solution Design Engage with publishers to deeply understand their operational challenges and needs. Translate client feedback into actionable product features and improvements. Ensure the product enables publishers to extract meaningful insights and optimize performance.
- Analytics Product Management Oversee end-to-end product development processes for MarkeXAnalytics. Partner with engineering teams to ensure timely and quality product delivery. Evaluate product success through client feedback and usage metrics.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration Work with sales and marketing to ensure clear communication of product value. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within Sparteo. Mentor junior team members on analytics product best practices.
Your profile
Proven experience (more than 5 years) in analytics-related product management (preferably in SaaS). Familiarity with adtech ecosystems and publisher business models (preferred but not mandatory). Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Visionary thinking to design analytics tools that can evolve into standalone products. You want to make an impact and move things forward collectively. Does hearing phrases like "Yes, but we've been doing it this way for years..." make your hair stand on end? We feel the same way: progress is made by questioning what already exists. You solve problems pragmatically and analytically. You're looking for a fast-moving environment where your agility will be an asset.
Our working conditions
- Convivial and flexible working environment, with our telecommuting culture integrated into the company's organization.
- Friendly and small-sized team.
- Social gatherings and company events organized throughout the year.
- Significant growth in terms of business and workforce, especially internationally.
- Additional benefits: advantageous compensation system with non-taxable and non-mandatory overtime hours, and a Swile restaurant ticket card.
