Product Manager, Merchant Intelligence and Analytics

Job Summary:

As a Product Manager, you will set the vision and strategy for Merchant Intelligence and Analytics products. Your role is key to providing our customers with a clear picture of their business performance and areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive product strategy for Merchant Intelligence and Analytics, aligning with company goals.
• Conduct customer interviews to understand user processes, identify needs, and validate solutions.
• Analyze product usage and customer business data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and implement powerful dashboard solutions for ecommerce merchandisers to visualize data.
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers, managing the entire product lifecycle.
• Identify new product opportunities through market research and collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmaps, and progress to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and data presentation skills.
• Ecommerce retail metric knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with quantitative research tools (Amplitude, Redash, Metabase).
• Ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience in Agile software development and remote work.
• Background in retail (digital merchandising) is beneficial.
• Passion for continuous learning and improvement within a fast-paced environment.
