Full-Time Product Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a Product Marketing Analyst to join the Pismo Product Marketing & Content team to help tell the story of Pismo and boost market presence globally.

Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling narratives and impactful sales materials.
• Generate actionable insights from product usage, market intelligence, and customer feedback.
• Refine positioning, messaging, and enablement across product portfolio.
• Equip Sales with assets and training.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
• Create technically accurate product briefings, solution briefs, and demo scripts.
• Be a guru of competitive landscape and key audiences.
• Craft and execute marketing campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs (impressions, clicks, web visitors).
• Connect Product, Marketing, and Sales.
• Bridge global strategies with local insights.
• Keep executives and stakeholders informed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of work experience with Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree.
• Skilled Storyteller: Empathy for users and communication adaptability.
• Tech Enthusiast: Passion for technology and translating complex concepts.
• Fintech Industry Exposure: Interest in banking, payments, or SaaS.
• Analytical Thinker: Interpreting data and data-driven decisions.
• Organizational Pro: Managing complex projects efficiently.
• Collaborative Team Member: Working seamlessly across departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years with Advanced Degree.
• Experience in global roles collaborating with regional teams.

Work Hours: Varies.

Travel Requirements: 5-10%.

Salary Range: $84,600 - $149,550 USD
