What we’re looking for
The X Business team is looking for a Product Operations Agent to join our team as a full-time contractor. As a Product Operations Agent, you'll play a critical role in supporting our users by troubleshooting product issues, delivering real-time solutions, and enhancing their overall experience. Embedded within our product operations team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of product support, contributing to customer success and the delivery of our products to over 500 million users worldwide.

Qualifications
- 2+ years in a product operations, customer support, or customer success role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Reliable internet connection suitable for frequent video conferences
Preferred
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Experience with product support tools such as Jira, Intercom, or similar platforms
Time & Compensation
6-month contract with opportunity to renew (40 hours per week). $1,700 - $2,600 per month ($10-15 USD per hr), depending on experience. 100% remote. Typical working hours are 9am-6pm ART
