About you and the role
The Product Operations team mandate is to align the company around our product-led growth efforts using data. Product Operations optimizes the intersection of product delivery, go-to-market, and strategy at PartnerStack. The team helps the EDP (Engineering, Design, and Product) organization make more reliable decisions by providing relevant usage and performance analytics.
As a Product Operations Analyst, you will work closely with the EDP team (specifically Product Managers), and across the organization to enable and communicate the product roadmap and current progress through data and analytics.
You're a self-starter, tackling a variety of responsibilities and projects. You have strong business acumen, coupled with the ability to build trust and get things done across the organization. You are detail-oriented and willing to dig deep with data, challenges, opportunities, and processes. Bring your insights, ideas, and recommendations to the table.
What you’ll do
- Source your own data (using SQL, Looker, Metabase, etc.), querying databases and producing impactful insights to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Leverage analytics and market research to inform product strategies and prioritization, driving user engagement and satisfaction.
- Represent the data perspective across EDP teams, ensuring everyone works together to maximize value from data.
- Work closely with EDP, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful product rollouts and iterations.
- Act as a liaison between internal cross-functional partners and the product team.
- Regularly interact with customers and partners to gather feedback, translating needs into product enhancements and new features.
- Run structured experiments to understand user behavior and engagement with specific product features.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure product success and inform future development.
- Align product metrics with company OKRs and communicate progress.
You're a great candidate if you have...
Must haves: Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (BigQuery, Looker, Pendo, Metabase, etc.). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proven track record of leveraging data to drive product success and business impact. Solid understanding of product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and release management processes. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, creating messaging for various audiences.
Nice to haves: Prior experience working hands-on with data on a Product team in industries like Technology, Consulting, Venture Capital, or high-growth startups. Industry knowledge of the B2B SaaS space, affiliate marketing, and partnership ecosystems.
