Your CareerThe analyst will have the unique opportunity to partner closely with Cortex sales and product teams and learn about our products, licensing and GTM motion. This role requires a strong and collaborative individual who is detail oriented, capable of multitasking and prioritizing different cases, problem solving skills, and working cross-functionally to drive successful execution.
Your ImpactDevelop expertise in our operational systems, ensuring a deep understanding to effectively support our field. Identify recurring system or knowledge issues and proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring a mutual understanding of processes within licensing and quoting, facilitating collaboration. Collaborate and build relationships - Work closely across teams and functions to gather the right information, pressure-test data & analyses, co-create deliverables, and accelerate execution. Develop high-quality deliverables while maintaining a customer-focused mindset to enhance end-user experiences and minimize operational issues.
Your Experience 2+ years of business analysis experience in a high-tech company, with demonstrated ability to strategically analyze and synthesize data into useful formats and actionable insights. Proven self-starter with a high-energy, company first, positive attitude that thrives in fast-paced environments. Excellent verbal & written communication, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively to peers and executives alike. Ability to build trust, lead through influence, and collaborate across teams & functions. Experience with Salesforce.
