We’re seeking a Product Owner to support the implementation of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. Initially, the role will focus on an in-flight program of strategic importance for ServiceNow, involving various teams across Sales, Operations, Digital Technology, Finance and Legal. This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in expanding and enhancing system capabilities to streamline and optimize the Quote-to-Cash process.
What You Get to Do in This Role:
- Support the Product Manager in evaluating the business value of new feature requests and prioritizing them to ensure alignment with product strategy and the broader business vision.
- Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure alignment across relevant teams.
- Lead business requirements gathering sessions, define use cases, and create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
- Support the Product Manager with product-release planning and manage stakeholder expectations regarding the delivery of new functionalities or change requests.
- Assist with testing activities, including scripting UAT tests, supporting UAT planning, and participating in test execution.
- Contribute to Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by supporting the development of training and enablement materials.
- Identify, resolve, or escalate any roadblocks that may impede sprint or release goals.
- Serve as a product ambassador, both internally and externally, sharing knowledge, providing product demos, answering questions, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
- Work within an Agile-Waterfall hybrid framework, continuously reassessing business needs, and refining priorities.
To be successful in this role, you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, specifically as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
- Experience implementing CLM (iCertis CLM preferred).
- Deep understanding and practical experience with the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process.
- Domain knowledge in SaaS product sales (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Workday) and the contracts involved in selling SaaS solutions.
- Experience with Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and technologies to support efficient delivery.
- A track record of collaborating with and representing Legal teams to align product needs with legal requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Sharp analytical and critical thinking skills to assess problems and derive effective solutions.
