Full-Time Lead Product Manager

Skedda is a leading global booking management platform dedicated to streamlining venue and space reservations and scheduling. We serve over 7,000 customers and nearly two million users across the world. The product includes functionality such as floor plan visualizations, venue booking, pricing and payments capabilities, and utilization reports and analytics.

AllBooked by Skedda is our business unit focused on businesses monetizing their venues. Customers include athletic facilities, studios, creative spaces, event venues, community centers, and coworking spaces. We're experiencing significant growth in our AllBooked segment.

Role Overview: This role will lead the product function for our AllBooked by Skedda business. Reporting to the head of AllBooked, this is a player-coach role. You'll serve as Product Manager for one development team and manage a Product Manager on another. You'll collaborate with company leadership, contribute significantly to the product roadmap, and own product processes, while also building features.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Product Manager for new AllBooked product features.
• Manage a Product Manager on AllBooked's second development team.
• Deeply understand customer needs and pains (interviews & surveys).
• Research and understand competitors' offerings.
• Complete data analysis of the customer base for prioritization and product scoping.
