Senior Product Manager to lead ServiceNow’s transformation into an AI-native company. Build, test, and learn hands-on with engineers and customers. Work with Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and customers to experiment with real enterprise use cases. Abstract these engagements into scalable product patterns that shape the next generation of ServiceNow’s AI-native data, workflows, analytics, and agentic processes.

- Embed with Forward Deployed Engineers: Partner daily with FDEs in customer environments to co-design, prototype, and validate new AI-native solutions.
- Learn by building directly in the platform.
- Abstract Real-World Solutions into Product Patterns: Distill field-built prototypes into generalized, reusable capabilities.
- Be Hands-On with the Platform: Experiment with workflows, data models, and AI-driven automation.
