Full-Time Senior Product Designer (Remote)

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our design team focusing on FieldEdge, our all-in-one platform for contractor management.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and scalable experiences for office staff and field technicians. You'll contribute to the product strategy and solve real-world user problems.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead design discussions, defining strategy for key product initiatives and translating user needs into solutions.
2. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders.
3. Execute high-quality design work aligned with FieldEdge's goals and Xplor's design system.
4. Conduct user research, plan, conduct, and synthesize insights to inform designs.
5. Design seamless mobile experiences for iOS and Android.
6. Present your work and rationale confidently to cross-functional teams.
7. Mentor junior designers and contribute to team culture.
8. Contribute to and evolve design systems and documentation.
