Full-Time Product Specialist

We are looking for a Product Specialist to work with a team on product data upkeep and implementation for e-commerce, both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and maintaining e-commerce product data, quality control, and publications to ERP and e-commerce websites.
• Contact vendor partners and build relationships to obtain marketing data.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and experience with online catalog and content management systems; analyze large structured datasets to draw conclusions and recommendations.
• Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer, vendor, and management requests.
• Enhance data accuracy through meticulous editing and fact-checking of web content.
• Perform content quality assurance, correcting duplicates, codesets, and other SKU integrity issues collaboratively with the team.
• Enforce data standards to ensure product data standardization.
• Manage workflow, coordinate with project teams and management on schedules, requirements, goals, and assignments.
• Monitor item data to ensure accurate product information, photos, and up-to-date content.
• Coordinate standards and ingestion for all digital assets for ERP and e-commerce websites.
• Create and maintain processes and training documentation with the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and/or college coursework preferred.
• 2+ years experience with e-commerce vendor portals and data optimization.
• 1+ years Digital Catalog Management experience.
• 1+ years SEO experience preferred.
• Intermediate/Expert Excel skills.
• Knowledge of a Product Information Management (PIM) system is a plus.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Infor M3).
• Knowledge of retailers' partner portals is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills; ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
