ClassDojo's mission: Empowering every child's learning journey. Our platform connects teachers, students, and families globally. The Customer Experience (CX) Team seeks Product Support Agents for the 2025 Back-to-School season (June-October).

Role Overview:

Provide exceptional support to parents, teachers, and school leaders navigating the ClassDojo platform.

  • Address inquiries and concerns via email.
  • Offer support as a trusted guide for educators and parents.
  • Achieve 100% accuracy and satisfaction in each interaction.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving platform and processes.
  • Collaborate to enhance support resources.
  • Build strong customer relationships with empathy and understanding.

Qualifications:

  • Teaching experience: Ideal, understanding educator challenges and providing tailored solutions.
  • Strong communication skills: Clearly articulating solutions and adapting to various audiences.
  • Quick learner: Efficiently mastering new technologies and problem-solving.
  • Problem-solving aptitude: Deeply understanding user perspectives for personalized solutions.
  • Strong teamwork and adaptability: Essential for navigating evolving issues and collaborating successfully.
  • Passion for supporting education: Driven by ClassDojo's mission to provide every child with a positive learning experience.

Logistics:

  • Remote position in the USA.
  • Full-time availability (16 weeks: June 26 - October 17, 2025)
  • 3-week paid training.
  • Flexible schedule accommodating up to 5 hours of overtime weekly.
  • Preferred shifts: 8AM-5PM ET, 10AM-7PM ET, Noon-9PM ET.
  • Willingness to work up to one weekend day in August and September.
  • Mac laptop provided.
  • Strong, reliable, and private internet connection required.
  • Hourly contract rate of $25 USD.
