Job Details
Measure and evaluate the economic impact of product releases (GGR uplift, conversion, retention, engagement).
Provide pre-launch forecasts and post-launch analysis for product hypotheses and features.
Gather and structure feature requests and business requirements from other departments (Marketing, CRM, VIP, Support, etc.) and translate them into clear product tickets.
Work closely with BI tools (GA, Tableau, BigQuery, etc.) to extract insights and build reports.
Support data-driven decision-making within the product team.
2+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in digital product teams (iGaming, Fintech, SaaS, or eCommerce preferred).
Solid understanding of key business metrics: GGR, NGR, ARPU, retention, churn, LTV.
Strong SQL skills and confidence working with analytics dashboards and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
Ability to structure vague business needs into clear technical/product tasks.
Excellent communication skills, ability to align stakeholders around data.
