Job Details
You will work with the entire production team (Kubernetes, IKS, Linux, Windows, x86, etc.), database teams (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.), security teams, etc. to identify root causes for request blockages. In a state of transformation, rigor and organization will be a real support for the success of this mission.
Tasks include:
- Incident request follow-up
- Client incident resolution and support
- Monitoring of request blockages via the orchestrator; explaining and correlating them with different incidents
- Analysis and categorization of blockages; dispatching them to the right teams for resolution; working collaboratively with infrastructure
- Documenting anomalies; documenting Operations Mode (Mode OP)
- Knowledge of BPM, Terraform, and Airflow
- Knowledge of cloud environment: K8S, Private Cloud/Public Cloud
- English is essential
