About this role: We are expanding the team to industrialize infrastructure automation. This DevOps/SRE role bridges the infrastructure team and other tech squads.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, deploy, and manage stable systems using cloud technologies and automation tools.
- Enhance CI/CD processes for increased efficiency and quality.
- Implement advanced monitoring tools for availability and performance.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve production issues quickly.
- Coach and mentor less experienced engineers.
- Collaborate with development, data, and security teams.
Tools used: Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Grafana, Datadog, GCP, SaltStack, Couchbase, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, MongoDB.
Qualifications:
- 7-8+ years DevOps/SRE experience, ideally in a startup/scaleup.
- Docker, Kubernetes experience.
- GCP or AWS experience.
- Familiarity with event sourcing (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, NATS).
- Software configuration management tools (Ansible, SaltStack, Puppet, Chef).
- Monitoring tools (Grafana, Loki, Datadog, Prometheus).
- Fluent in French and English.
