Full-Time Professional Services Consultant

Your CareerThe Professional Services Consultant is an integral part of our Professional Services team. You'll provide onsite/remote deployment & configuration expertise for Palo Alto Networks solutions.

Your Impact

• Solution Implementation & Customization: Migrate customers from legacy firewalls, build custom security policies & application signatures.
• Operational Support & Maintenance: Analyze logs, troubleshoot issues, provide after-hours/weekend support.
• Technical Expertise & Service Delivery Excellence: Maintain solutions, mentor on code upgrades, ensure client needs met.

Your Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Network Engineering, Security Engineering, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on experience with PKI, SSL, TCP/IP, BGP, IPSec, high-end firewall appliances (Palo Alto Networks).
• Strong troubleshooting skills (networking, IP, NAT, VPNs).
• Experience with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Extensive experience in internetworking, LAN, WAN technologies, IDS/IPS solutions.
• Experience leading security solutions in large environments.
• Understanding of security threats, protocols, & applications.
• Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical).
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously & work under pressure.
• Certifications (PCNSE/PCNSC, CCNP, CISSP, CCIE) are a plus.
• Up to 15% travel.
