Full-Time Professional Services Engineer (Networking)

Who You’ll Work With You’ll collaborate with a diverse team of technical experts, including Arista’s sales engineers, customer success teams, and product specialists. You’ll work closely with government clients, helping them design, deploy, and optimize their network infrastructure. You’ll also engage with Arista’s engineering teams to provide feedback on product enhancements and ensure seamless integration of our cutting-edge networking solutions.

What You’ll Do The Professional Services role takes client engagements from initial design through implementation, migration, and operational support, ensuring a seamless transition for customers. Candidates must be cleared TS/SCI eligible, active within the last 2 years.

1. Analyze customer situation to develop requirements.
2. Gather technical requirements for network design.
3. Develop and provide designs in line with requirements.
4. Write High- and Low-Level Design documents.
5. Implementation and migration planning detail and support.
6. Write and execute test plans for validation.
7. Work with customers to plan, write, and execute Methods of Procedure documents.
8. Perform Knowledge Transfer training.
9. Provide ongoing operational support.
10. Develop professional relationships.
11. Assist project management in developing project plans.
12. Travel to customer locations as required.
