Full-Time Professional Services Engineering Manager

Manage a team of Professional Services Consultants in your assigned territory supporting the Cortex portfolio of security applications.

Responsibilities:

• Drive professional services business.
• Provide management oversight to team and engagements (recruiting, managing, directing, inspiring).
• Ensure Palo Alto Networks solutions delivery exceeding expectations and driving high customer engagement.
• Collaborate with sales for customer satisfaction and building relationships.
• Ensure customer success and reference-ability.
• Provide strategic direction and technical input to consultants.
• Manage team activities (hiring, development, promotions, training).
• Build relationships with long-term customers, managing timelines, feedback, escalations.
• Ensure customer requirements are met.
• Drive new business through Professional Services.
• Guarantee all customer engagements are successful.
• Provide status updates to services leadership.
• Travel may be required.

Experience and Skills:

• 3+ years leadership experience managing 10+ technical resources.
• Cybersecurity technologies knowledge.
• Palo Alto Cortex product suite knowledge.
• SOC, automation, endpoint, threat mitigation experience.
• Business system proficiency (SFDC, Clarizen, G-Suite).
• Internet security concepts and products knowledge.
• Critical Security Controls, Incident Response, Security Operations Center experience.
• Problem-solving and business solution development skills.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Proven success in meeting revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Bonus: CISSP and/or PMP certifications.
