Contractor Program Specialist

At Syngenta, we're building a collaborative team to enhance farmer prosperity. We're looking for a remote Program Specialist (12-month contract) to support Syngenta loyalty reward programs.

Role Purpose: Execute and contribute to the development of Syngenta loyalty reward programs. Accurately process reward payments and ensure compliance with Syngenta policies.

Accountabilities:

• Process reward payments for eligible customers.
• Verify eligibility criteria, validate claims, and issue payments.
• Identify process optimization and system improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Marketing, Finance, and Commercial teams on program development.
• Establish and obtain approval for the program redemption process.
• Implement streamlined processes and improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide training and support on programs and systems.
• Manage customer data for program redemption.
• Calculate and issue reward payments according to criteria.
• Develop and implement robust audit processes.
• Resolve payment inquiries and issues promptly.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required skills:

• Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or Agriculture (preferred).
• Experience in data analytics (YOY analysis, insights).
• General knowledge of financial processes.
• Understanding of data management, marketing programs, and company portfolio.
• 5+ years' experience in an operational or finance role (high accuracy, data analysis, attention to detail).
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Salesforce, SAP).
• Excellent communication (written & verbal), bilingual (French/English) is a plus.
• Team orientation, presentation skills, collaboration.
• Project management skills (multiple concurrent projects and deadlines).
