Full-Time Program Support Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting and collaborating with Campaign Managers and Account Managers on client campaigns.
• Data collection, cleaning, and preparation from relevant data sources, considering project objectives.
• Utilizing Google Sheets and Google Slides for data analysis and reporting.
• Scheduling automated actions in software according to campaign schedules.
• Reporting insights using slides and spreadsheets to clients.

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

• Implement and execute client campaigns, from target audience definition to campaign management using RPA software, datasets, and spreadsheets.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and diligence.
• Gain broad knowledge of B2B marketing and data concepts.
