Programmatic Trader will join in-house programmatic team within media team.
Seeking results-driven, detail-oriented individual with experience launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns using demand-side platforms (DSPs).
Enjoys working with various platforms and campaign details.
Must be numbers-oriented, analytical, proficient in Excel, and a self-starter.
Will work with other internal teams (Media Planning & Analytics) to understand and implement campaign requirements and optimizations.
Primary role: Operate in-platform, executing planned campaigns in partnership with Programmatic Supervisor/Leader.
Responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing campaigns through project lifecycle with senior team input.
Prior experience: Minimum one year working within a DSP in self-service manner.
Responsibilities include:
- Effectively managing and optimizing live programmatic campaigns.
- Meeting client objectives while implementing and managing campaigns.
- Monitoring campaign performance, brand safety, and viewability.
- Managing campaign calendar, assets, billing, pre/post-launch processes.
- Data analysis and optimization with optimization log.
- Providing weekly performance snapshots and pacing.
- Contributing to analytics reporting with insights.
- Identifying and diagnosing issues quickly, escalating to stakeholders.
- Maintaining vendor and cross-agency partner relationships.
- Demonstrating confidence and participating in meetings.
- Contributing to tactical media planning, including forecasting.
- Contributing to proposals and launch documents.
- Identifying new media opportunities.
- Staying abreast of new technologies, trends.
- Proactively suggesting improvements to the media process.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience preferred.
- Deep understanding of DSP and other platforms.
- Proficient in DSPs.
- Setting up all campaign components with DSP.
- Budget management.
- Campaign optimization.
- Creative testing and implementation.
- Data analysis.
- Proficiency in data platforms or data vendors.
- Proficient in 3rd-party verification tools (DoubleVerify, IAS, etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for operational projects and presentations.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
- Communicating optimization recommendations with data.
- Identifying trends for optimization.
- Communicating optimization shifts to meet campaign goals.
- Good collaborator with media team.
- Lead executional calls with multiple parties.
- Identifying and troubleshooting issues.

Compensation: $56,000 - $84,000 (US locations). Determined based on experience and location.
