Project Analyst (Apprenticeship)This is a 12-month apprenticeship opportunity located in Austin, TX. Join a global professional services company specializing in consulting, technology, and outsourcing.
About this Position:Learn to be a liaison between Provider Enrollment and IT teams. Gain exposure to project management, issue resolution, data maintenance, and process improvements in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support project planning, requirements gathering, and post-implementation activities.
- Research and document issues, providing solutions to leadership.
- Respond to inquiries regarding provider enrollment and file maintenance processes.
- Identify and recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality, adhering to HIPAA requirements.
Job Skills/Requirements:
- 6 months-1 year professional work experience (internships, volunteer roles, etc.)
- Preferred: 1+ year experience working with healthcare providers and terminology.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work overtime.
Pay Range: $19-20/hour
