Full-Time Project Finance Analyst - Battery Storage

About the Role: We seek a highly motivated Project Finance Analyst to join our growing team. You will support all aspects of project finance transactions, including financial modeling, due diligence, and external stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support debt and tax equity financing transactions
• Prepare marketing materials and conduct due diligence
• Manage external consultants
• Develop and manage complex financial models throughout the project lifecycle (development, construction, and operations).
• Support offtake agreements and project acquisitions/sales
• Create and maintain financial models for project optimization and bidding
• Collaborate with various teams, including Development, Interconnection, Markets, EPC, Origination, and Asset Management
• Support senior management decision-making through the creation of dashboards, reports, and analytics
• Analyze macroeconomic and market trends affecting energy storage

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• 1-2 years of project finance experience (or finance/technical degree from a top university and related modeling course)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling experience)
• Tax equity modeling experience is a plus
• Energy storage, renewables, or power generation experience is a plus
• Project management and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
