Full-Time QA Analyst

We are transforming healthcare with B2B enterprise software solutions for rehab therapy businesses. Our mission is to improve patient outcomes and streamline workflows for rehab therapy teams.

As a QA Analyst, you will ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of our software solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure our software meets the highest standards. This role focuses on manual testing to verify our software performs as expected.

• Manual Testing: Perform functional, regression, smoke, and acceptance testing.
• Test Case Development: Create detailed test cases and execute them.
• Bug Reporting: Identify, document, and communicate defects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product, development, and design teams.
• Documentation: Maintain records of test plans, test cases, and results.
• Continuous Improvement: Enhance testing processes and documentation standards.

• Experience: 1-3 years in a QA Analyst role, preferably in healthcare software.
• Manual Testing: Solid experience with manual testing techniques.
• Test Documentation: Strong documentation skills for writing test cases and bug reports.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to identify issues.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on troubleshooting.
• Team Player: Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Automation: Basic knowledge of automation testing tools.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with web technologies, APIs, and database testing (SQL).
