QA Automation Engineer
Develop and maintain automated tests using JavaScript (Playwright / Cypress).
Build and maintain automated API tests.
Set up and manage separate test repositories for Web and Mobile.
Ensure test stability and maintain a reliable automation framework.
Set up, integrate, and maintain tests within the CI/CD pipeline.
Conduct code reviews and enforce QA best practices.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers.
Report, document, and track bugs through resolution.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the testing process and strategy.
Experience Requirements
1-2 years of experience as an Automation QA Engineer.
Proficiency in JavaScript and experience writing automated tests using Playwright or Cypress.
Experience with API testing (Postman or automated test frameworks).
Good knowledge of RESTful APIs and client-server architecture.
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Basic knowledge of Git, including setting up separate repositories for Web and Mobile test automation.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Open-minded, proactive communicator and team player.
Understanding of TDD practices and test strategy planning for frontend (Nuxt.js) and backend (Node.js).
Experience testing both static landing pages and large-scale WordPress-based websites, with an eye toward migrating to modern JS frameworks like Nuxt.js / Node.js.
Familiarity with WordPress is a plus.
Awareness of performance testing (e.g., load testing), security testing (e.g., vulnerability scanning), and SEO testing.
Experience with cross-browser testing (desktop and mobile), and basic mobile app testing (Android, iOS, macOS), preferably using tools like Appium.
Strong understanding of test automation best practices.
