The JobAtticus works in an industry dominated by outdated technology. As a VC-backed tech company, our product & engineering department powers everything we do: from creating an engaging online experience for people in crisis to providing tools for our network lawyers. We’re looking for a QA Engineer to join our team.
What You'll Do:
- Contribute to Atticus’ testing strategy, focusing on performance, modularity, extensibility, and reliability.
- Create and validate detailed test plans collaboratively with software engineers.
- Work with Product to evaluate and refine product details and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with the lead SDET to inspire developers to create excellent products.
- Execute regression and functional testing across all aspects of our product.
- Identify, track, triage, prioritize, and document issues to resolution.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant QA experience.
- Experience testing UI/UX.
- Experience teaching and mentoring teammates.
- Experience testing services and web platforms.
- Experience with Postman for API testing.
- Experience embedding with a team to document test cases.
- Track record of improving QA processes to increase product quality.
Bonus/Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, GitLab, Golang, TypeScript
- Experience with Playwright or Selenium/Cypress.
- Experience working with a team outside of QA.
Salary and Benefits
This is a rare opportunity to join a startup with strong traction. Base salary range $90,000-$130,000.
