Full-Time QA Engineer

Intento builds a translation automation platform for large enterprises.

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented QA Engineer to focus on testing customized real-time translation solutions and self-service tools. Our customers often require tailored solutions.

In this role, you will validate these customized solutions to ensure they meet customer requirements while maintaining seamless functionality and usability.

• Validate web content, chats, and ticket translation solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure smooth UX, high performance, and accuracy of self-service product parts (Billing, Usage analytics, Translation Storage).
• Create QA documentation for internal use and integrations on third-party marketplaces (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).
• Automate generic parts of solutions to reduce manual testing and ensure high-quality releases.

Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of SaaS QA experience.
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Ability to design, develop, and execute test cases.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience with bug tracking (e.g., JIRA) and test management tools (e.g., TestRail).
• Experience with Continuous Integration tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Good knowledge of Web browsers, API requests (dev console).
• Knowledge of sniffers and desktop application testing.
• Good knowledge of REST API, JSON/XML, and API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent ability and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Adaptability and prioritization skills in diverse contexts.
