Job Details
RxSense is seeking a QA Engineer responsible for managing all aspects of user acceptance testing and the quality assurance lifecycle. This includes end-to-end accountability for the testing quality of the user experience through visual inspection and functional testing against established QA principles, methodology and guidelines. Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute manual functional test cases for QlikSense applications/dashboards.
- Utilize Snowflake data warehouse to verify and validate data integrity.
- Write SQL queries for development of functional test cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of products.
- Participate in SCRUM meetings.
- Analyze and build test cases and prepare test Review.
- Create and maintain test cases, execute test scripts, participate in defect remediation and metrics reporting.
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing of applications/dashboards built on QlikSense
- Analyze test results to predict user behavior, identify bugs and work with team to triage them.
- Create and maintain documentation of test plans, test cases and testing Requirements.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 + years of functional or manual testing experience in data and analytics engineering industry.
- Experience with data visualization platforms like QlikSense, Tableau, Power BI
- Experience using test case management systems, like QMetry.
- Experience using project management tools and documentation platforms like, JIRA, Confluence, Miro.
