Job Title: QA Engineer
Type of employment: Permanent - Full time
Location: Remote/Hybrid role in Bulgaria. Must be located in Bulgaria and have work authorization.

Experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
Working knowledge of test management software (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and SQL
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail, critical thinking, strong problem-solving, strong organizational skills
Ability to develop Check Lists, and determinate and estimate testing level and scope
Excellent spoken and written English
Experience working with REST APIs and Postman (advantageous)
Working knowledge with JIRA and Confluence (advantageous)
Working knowledge of an OOP language (advantageous)
Review and analyze system specifications
Back-End QA
Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
Evaluate product code according to specifications
Create logs to document testing phases and defects
Report bugs and errors to development teams
Help troubleshoot issues
Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
Work with cross-functional teams
