Full-Time QA Engineer, Authorizations

• Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to identify new automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with other QA professionals to promote best practices.
• Develop and maintain QA tools and frameworks to support automated testing.
• Define and implement design principles for automated test procedures.
• Write and maintain automation scripts integrated into software applications.
• Support teams in developing end-to-end automated testing solutions and performance tests integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
• Create and document detailed test plans and test cases.
• Communicate test progress, results, and quality metrics effectively.
• Identify quality issues, report bugs, and highlight problem areas.
• Promote high-quality standards through reusable and scalable testing strategies.
• Execute exploratory, usability, and manual tests when necessary.

• 5+ years of experience in the Quality Assurance field.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with various test types: end-to-end, contract, load, and chaos testing.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably JavaScript).
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.

• Experience with financial systems.
• Experience working in high-scale and high-availability environments.
• Understanding of observability practices (monitoring, tracing, alerting).
• Basic knowledge or experience with AWS services such as SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, and S3.
