Restaurant365 is seeking a QA Engineer I to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with QA Engineers, Developers, and Product Managers to identify issues, develop and execute test cases, and contribute to enhancing overall product quality.

- Execute manual and automated test cases.
- Develop test cases and scripts.
- Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and Designers.
- Assist in triaging customer-reported defects.
- Prioritize testing activities.
- Utilize automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Selenium).
- Maintain test documentation and testing environments.
- Participate in team meetings.
- Stay informed on QA best practices.
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- BS/MS in Computer Science or 2+ years of equivalent experience
- 1+ years’ experience in software quality assurance or related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of software testing principles and best practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Passion for quality assurance, continuous learning and improving.
- Experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Java) is a plus.
- Exposure to testing automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Selenium) is a plus.
- Experience with SaaS or cloud-based software products is a plus.
