As QA Lead at Namecheap, you will be responsible for Quality Assurance processes for a set of Mobile applications. The team develops Thunderbolt, a revolutionary app that uses domains as IDs to enable communication without phone numbers or emails. This marks a significant leap in internet privacy and has the potential to impact millions of users worldwide.

What will you do?
- Manage and develop the QA team
- Establish efficient Quality Assurance processes for a set of Mobile applications
- Make sure the development work is validated from planning to release
- Manage the QA side of releases’ preparation, and make sure the Mobile apps publicly released have sufficient quality
- Ensure transparency of QA efforts and make quality a shared priority
- Continuously improve QA processes in the team
What will you bring?
- Experience in team management (more than 5 people)
- Good knowledge of software development methodology and software lifecycle processes
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques
- Advanced experience in testing Mobile and Web Apps
- Experience with requirement analysis and estimations
- Experience writing and maintaining test documentation (bug reports, test cases, checklists) and using bug-tracking systems
- Experience in backend testing working with Postman, Swagger (REST API)
- Familiarity with CI/CD and VCS
- Experience in testing client-server architecture
- Experience with Charles Proxy or similar tools
- Experience with databases
- Experience working with logging and monitoring systems (e.g., Kibana, NewRelic
