Full-Time QA Manual Engineer

At Grip, we’re looking for a Manual QA Engineer who thrives on precision and quality. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our digital content automation platform runs flawlessly.

What will you be doing?

• Thoroughly understand project specifications, designs, and requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Create, maintain, and support detailed test documentation including test plans, suites, cases, checklists, and test data.
• Conduct detailed manual functional and non-functional testing to identify potential issues.
• Efficiently manage and monitor defects.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Work closely with development, design, and product management teams in an Agile manner.

Would be amazing if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing.
• Strong understanding of test design, documentation and SDLC principles.
• Proficiency in REST API and GraphQL testing with tools like Postman or Swagger.
• Basic SQL knowledge for validating data integrity.
• Deep experience in UI and web application testing.
• Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Exposure to CI/CD environments such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure Pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Experience using performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, or similar).
