This includes providing technical leadership, designing and developing testing infrastructure, selecting and adapting the tech stack, and building and scaling healthy teams. You'll evaluate and improve LLM quality. We offer the rare advantage of building from the ground up. Your hands-on approach will significantly impact how QA is done in the whole industry integrating with AI technologies. Key Responsibilities Manage, develop, and mentor a QA team. Conduct regular 1-on-1s for feedback and support professional development. Refine QA infrastructure. Use TypeScript to test VSCode plug-ins and Java/Kotlin to test JetBrains plug-ins. Generate ideas to adapt the tech stack. Evaluate LLM performance. Maintain virtual testing environments. Address challenges like test data sourcing. Automate testing processes and validate product functionality. Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders. Collaborate with developers and users. Engage with our user community. Explore opportunities to improve our product. Leverage AI tools to increase QA efficiency. Serve as a QA expert and provide guidance and training. Stay updated on QA practices and AI advancements. Essential Qualifications 10+ years of experience in QA, including 7+ years in test automation. 5+ years of leadership experience. Proficient in multiple programming languages. Ability to design and build test automation infrastructure. Experience in DevOps and configuration management. Knowledge of AI and ML technologies. Strong problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of startup environments. Proven ability to build teams and improve processes. Experienced in 1:1 coaching, team development, giving feedback, hiring, and fostering professional growth. Skilled in conflict resolution. A hands-on leader.
