Full-Time QA Test Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manual QA Tester to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of Iris. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in manual testing, with a background in broadcast, live streaming, video production software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand product features and acceptance criteria.
• Write, review, and adhere to detailed acceptance criteria, ensuring that all features meet the required specifications.
• Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive QA processes, including test plans, test cases, and bug reporting protocols.
• Conduct thorough testing of web applications to identify, document, and track bugs, performance issues, and usability concerns.
• Work closely with the development team to prioritize and resolve issues promptly.
• Define and implement testing strategies, staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA and software testing.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, QA Analyst, or in a manual testing role.
• Familiarity with video production, live streaming, cameras, or broadcast video is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proven experience in writing and following acceptance criteria and test cases.
• Proficient with bug tracking tools and test management software.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
